What is the Crime Rate and what natural disasters occur there?
What are the States Taxes?(Property, Insurance, Sales, Income)???
We have no sales tax, which is a plus when it comes to shopping! Crime rate is alright.. I don’t really live in downtown Portland, but there are a FEW crime sprees happening.. Natural disasters usually occur in MT. St. Helens.. which isn’t in Oregon really, but it affects us. Overall Portland is a great place to live in if you enjoy nature and a ‘homey’ environment. Lots of art and jazz/indie music going around. There isn’t much ‘exciting’ things to do though..
