property taxes louisville ky
Which city: Austin TX, Louisville KY, Cincinnati OH, or Greensboro NC?

I just got a transfer offer from my employer to move to one of four cities. No matter where I go, I will be paid the same gross income ($75,000/year).

Here’s what I know about the following places, since I’ve been to all four:
-Austin: Since it’s TX, no state and local income taxes. Property taxes are through the roof. Gorgeous city, great parks, almost non-stop nightlife, probably the friendliest and most laid-back of the four cities.
-Louisville: Olmstead parks, nice countryside, big bang for the buck! City is becoming more ghetto. Lived there for 8 weeks and found the people to be very rude, closed, and impolite.
-Cincinnati: BAD drivers. The rest of Ohio sucks. But, I LOVE Eden Park, Jungle Jim’s, and WEBN fireworks!
-Greensboro: High taxes, cost of living, everything! But very close to the Smokies and Shenendoahs. Natives are still friendly.

Currently live in Houston. Age 28, single, no girlfriend, love live music, friendly and outgoing!

Thanks in advance!

AUSTIN but then again I’m biased, Austin is home to me. You can live on the outskirts of town in places like Round Rock, Leander or pflugerville they aren’t as expensive as living IN Austin. And depending where your office is the commute isnt that bad.
